5 × 10000m3/d LNG at Yanchang well 621

The liquefaction plant project is located about 1.25km northwest of Xitaian Village, Fucheng Town, Fuxian County, Yan’an City, Shaanxi Province, under complex geoclimatic conditions, in the hilly and ravine area of the Weibei Loess Plateau, where the main rock layers of oil and gas-bearing formations are thick-bedded massive sandstone and fine sandstone. The Yanchang 621 project is one of the national demonstration projects for remote wellhead gas liquefaction, with a liquid output of about 36 tons of LNG per day and an annual output of about 12,000 tons of LNG. 

The Yanchang 621 liquefaction plant project adopts small and medium-sized skid-mounted liquefaction units, which are independently developed, designed and manufactured by FURUI Special with core intellectual property rights. This project is the first generation of wellhead associated gas recovery liquefaction plant of FURUI Special, which is a milestone in the direction of wellhead associated gas recovery. The equipment is of modular design, and has the advantages of flexibility, movability, high sled formation rate and short installation period, making it a perfect solution for remote wellhead gas liquefaction. 

FURUI valve products are used as cryogenic valves of the project, and the project started to operate in November 2019, in stable operation.
