20 × 10000m3/d LNG at Tongshen well 3

The project is designed to produce 30 × 10000m3/d of LNG per day, and 20 × 10000m3/d per day for the first phase of the project. The core processes are all FURUI's own process packages. The construction of the project mainly includes wellhead gas gathering unit, natural gas deacidification and dehydration purification unit, natural gas liquefaction unit, LNG loading unit, as well as supporting acid gas desulfurization and recovery unit, gas generator power supply unit, hot oil furnace, instrument air nitrogen production unit, emergency fire fighting system unit, etc. The whole system is designed with DCS integrated control supplied by domestic advanced Zhejiang Supcon, which can monitor and control the process parameters, safety indicators, video monitoring, fire alarm, toxic gas alarm and other systems of the field station in all aspects, at the international advanced level of automation degree. 

EPC project and operation of this project are provided by FURUI Energy Services, a subsidiary of FURUI. FURUI valve products are used as the cryogenic valves of the project, and the project started to operate in January 2020.
